Sizemate is a Shopify app made by SUN | WORKS. This page explains what the app stores, why, and for how long. Last updated October 2026.

What we store about merchants

• Your store’s myshopify domain and the access token Shopify gives the app when you install it.
• The size charts, assignment rules and display settings you create in the app.
• Your plan, which we read from Shopify’s billing.

We use this only to run the app for your store. We never sell it or share it with advertisers.

What we store about shoppers

Nothing that identifies a person. Measurements a shopper enters in the Fit Finder stay in their own browser (local storage) so the recommendation is ready next time. They are never sent to us.

To show you insights we keep anonymous daily counts per store, such as how often a chart was opened and which sizes were recommended. These counts contain no names, emails, IP addresses or order data.

Images

Photos you add to a chart are uploaded to your own store’s Shopify Files, not to our servers.

Where data lives

The app runs on Cloudflare’s network and keeps its database with Cloudflare. Billing and store data stay with Shopify. We do not use other processors.

How long we keep it

When you uninstall Sizemate, we delete your sessions right away. Shopify then sends a data removal request 48 hours later, and we delete your store’s charts, settings and counts for good. We keep only a one-way hash of your store’s myshopify address, so the free Plus welcome period isn’t given twice. Shopper data requests (redact and data access) are answered automatically: we hold no personal shopper data.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about your store, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Write to hello@sunworks.dev and we will answer within 30 days, usually much sooner.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will update this page and tell installed stores in the app.
